Grilled Lake Trout on a Paper Bag
4 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder, ground pepper, garlic powder, paprika
1 tbsp chopped chives
1) Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl to make butter sauce.
2) Cut paper bag to size of fillet (only 1 side of bag is needed).
3) Place trout, skin-side onto paper bag.
4) Brush fillets with butter sauce.
5) Grill approximately 20 minutes depending on medium temperature, depending on size of fillet.
